Disconnect accounts in Meeting Guardian

Open Meeting Guardian from the menu bar, choose Settings, open the Accounts tab, and select Disconnect next to the account or provider you want to remove. You can also uncheck individual calendars to stop monitoring them without disconnecting the full account.

Disconnecting a Google account removes its authentication token from the macOS Keychain and removes the account display information, calendar-list metadata, and selections stored by Meeting Guardian for that account. The event cache is refreshed without the disconnected account's events.

Revoke provider access

To revoke access at the provider level, remove Meeting Guardian from the connected apps or security section of your Microsoft or Google account. For macOS Calendar, remove Meeting Guardian calendar access in macOS System Settings.

Remove local app data

For the most complete removal, disconnect every account before deleting the app. Authentication tokens can also be removed manually by opening Keychain Access and deleting the related Meeting Guardian calendar login entries.

App preferences and caches are stored in the Meeting Guardian app container in the user's macOS Library. After quitting and deleting the app, users can remove any remaining container for bundle identifier pl.pankolarz.MeetingGuardian from ~/Library/Containers/. Removing this container deletes the locally stored account metadata, calendar selections, preferences, and cached events for the App Store version of Meeting Guardian.

Meeting Guardian does not store Google Calendar contents or account tokens on company-operated servers, so no separate server-side deletion request is needed.
