These terms apply to use of Meeting Guardian, a macOS app that helps users notice upcoming meetings by monitoring selected calendars and showing alerts before events.
Use of the app
Meeting Guardian is a productivity tool. Users are responsible for choosing which accounts and calendars to monitor, keeping calendar provider access available, and verifying important meeting details.
Calendar providers and meeting links
The app can connect to third-party calendar providers, such as Microsoft, Google, and macOS Calendar, when the user grants access. Those providers are independent services with their own terms, availability, permissions, and rate limits.
Alerts
Meeting Guardian is designed to make meeting reminders harder to miss, but it is not an emergency notification system. Alerts may be affected by device state, operating system settings, calendar provider access, network availability, and user configuration.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data the app accesses and how users can control connected accounts.
